Once your order has been placed, we'll mail you a kit so you can send a teaspoon of ashes to the artist for merging with the glass. A unique number will be assigned to your order, along with the name of the person or pet. This ensures our system carefully tracks your order throughout the entire process, keeping it separate to prevent intermingling of ashes. Your remembrance jewelry will be with you in around 3-4 weeks and any unused ashes will be safely returned to you.
