Committal Writing Service

A committal service is usually held at the final disposition of the ashes of the deceased. An example would be a graveside service or a scattering of ashes.

A trained Certified Funeral Celebrant will custom craft a fitting tribute that will capture the essence of the life that was well lived. This is for writing the committal ceremony only and does not include a celebrant participating in or preforming the actual ceremony. It does include an interview to obtain the necessary information required to write the fitting committal tribute. Once the ceremony is written the Celebrant will submit a draft for approvel of the customer. Once the final version of the committal ceremony is complete the customer will recieve both a paper copy and a digital copy.

The ceremony will include an outline of the order of the ceremony.

This includes:

• Selected readings and poems

• Inclusions of music selections and/or a Life Story video tribute to be played as part of the ceremony

• Words of remembrance as well as a eulogy

• A time for attendees to share their own memories and closing comments.
