How to Order: Cremation Solutions will immediately ship you a kit so that you can safely send the ashes by mail. Step by step instructions are included and a container for you to add the proper measurement of ashes. A unique number is assigned along with the name of the person or pet will be on the container. Our system carefully tracks each order throughout the entire process. You can be assured that there will be no intermingling of ashes as our process keeps each order separate. Included is a pre-labeled and pre-addressed "Indestructo" box. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to be shipped and any unused ashes will be returned.

NOTE: These glass keepsakes are handmade using special coloring treatments during the creation process. Your memorial's color may vary slightly from the pictures shown, and ashes in these tributes may not be strongly apparent because they are fused into the glass. Since this product is custom made with the ashes of your loved one it is non-returnable.
