How to Order: Cremation Solutions will immediately ship a kit so you may safely send the ashes by mail. Step by step instructions are included and a container for you to add the proper measurement of ashes. A unique number is assigned along with the name of the person or pet will be on the container. Our system carefully tracks each order throughout the entire process. You can be assured that there will be no intermingling of ashes as our process keeps each order separate. Included is a pre-labeled and pre-addressed "Indestructo" box, so you may safely mail the kit containing the ashes back to us. Please allow 8-10 weeks after our artist receives the ashes for your order to be shipped and any unused ashes will be returned.
