Our memorial portraits are guaranteed not to fade or deteriorate. The memorial portrait will be replaced free of charge if you or the family ever has a problem with vandalism or defects in quality and craftsmanship.

Do you charge for two or more people in the same Memorial Portrait?

No. It doesn't matter how many people are in the photo - one price!

Do you archive my images?

Yes. We archive all images so that if a replacement is necessary, we can re-make it quickly.

How do I install your Memorial Portraits?

Most of our customers mount our portraits using 3M VHB tape in a shallow relief with pure silicone or epoxy. High quality open and covered frames. Additionally, 3M VHB tape can be supplied at no charge.

What size photo works best?

We can use any size photo up to 11" x 14". Larger photographs are preferred rather than smaller prints.

Will my photos be returned to me with my Memorial Portraits?

Yes. We will return your original photos with your order.

My photo needs a touch up - can you do it?

You bet! We're experts in this area and most photos are cleaned up at no cost. We'll call you if yours needs extensive work requiring a nominal charge.

Can I get the background of my photograph changed?

Yes. For a nominal fee we will replace the background with a photo canvas like those used in portrait studios.

Tips for Ordering Portraits and Submitting Pictures

• Do provide the best original photograph available. Crisp, clear, high quality photos are best.
• Do encourage families to keep a copy of the picture so they can submit the original.
• Do protect photographs when mailing by using a protective, thin sheet of cardboard.
• Don't submit photo's larger than 11 x 14 inches.
• Don't cut or alter photos - let us do it digitally.
• Do complete the order form with as much information as possible, especially in the Special Instruction area.

Suggested changes to your photograph or cropping instructions can be marked on a black and white photocopy of the original and sent with your order. Remember, altered or cut original photos may not be suitable for reproduction.
